In October, the Nashville songwriting community lost a good friend and a great songwriter in Tim Johnson. Instead of trying to raise some money for his family that will dwindle away and disappear... his friends want to do something that would truly last. So an "HONOR THY SONG" concert was organized at the Ryman Auditorium. Slated as "THE WORLDS LARGEST PITCHING PARTY", more than a dozen hit songwriters and artists gathered together to perform some of the best unrecorded songs of Tim Johnson to make sure Tim and his songs were not forgotten. Our goal... Get Tim's songs recorded... the royalties will help his wife, children, and family for generations to come.
